Ginger-Sesame Vinaigrette

This versatile vinaigrette combines sesame oil, rice vinegar, fresh ginger, and green onions for a quick and easy salad dressing. Serve over torn romaine lettuce.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup toasted sesame oil

  • ¼ cup rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sugar

  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger

  • ¼ cup sliced green onions

  • ¼ teaspoon salt

  • teaspoon ground black pepper

Directions

  1. In a screw-top jar combine all of the ingredients. Cover and shake well.
