John’s cookbooks include Culinary Birds, Cooking Wild, American Game Cooking and From the Earth to the Table. He has hosted two Food Network shows and hosts The Good Food Hour, the longest-running radio show about food in America. He is chair of the Sophisticated Palates Program at the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone, and was named Monterey Bay Aquarium’s “Sustainable Seafood Educator of the Year” in 2014.
