EatingWell's Editorial Guidelines Close Credit: EatingWell Are you ready for your latest Aldi sneak peek? They just shared what new products are coming out in February and we’re pretty excited about some of them! They will not only make your life—and mealtimes—a little easier, but they’re pretty healthy, too. From soups and pizza to dips and containers, here are our top picks from February’s Aldi Finds. Simply Nature Organic Coconut Flour When you think about gluten-free cooking, coconut flour might not be top of mind. But when ground into flour, this tropical fruit offers a subtle nuttiness to your recipes. Despite its name, coconut flour is nut-free. It’s also gluten-free and provides 10 grams of good-for-your-gut fiber in just ¼ cup. And while coconut flour cannot be equally swapped in 1-for-1 for wheat flour (like almond flour can), you can replace some of the wheat or gluten-free flour in your recipe with coconut flour. Just be prepared to add a little extra liquid, since coconut flour absorbs more water. Coconut flour works great in baked goods like pancakes or as a replacement for breadcrumbs in recipes like coconut shrimp. This find is on sale starting February 7 for $5.99. Specially Selected Authentic Italian Pizza We love the convenience of frozen pizza, especially on busy weeknights when there isn’t a solid dinner plan. There are two Specially Selected pizzas coming to Aldi freezers this month: Mushroom, Mascarpone & Authentic Italian Cheese and Mozzarella, Cherry Tomato & Arugula. Bake these pizzas up and serve with a green salad and vinaigrette for a well-rounded meal (this Citrus-Lime Vinaigrette is one of my faves!). You can grab this deal starting February 21 for just $4.99 a pizza. Is Pizza Healthy? Here's What a Dietitian Wants You to Know Priano Potato Gnocchi There’s just something about pillowy potato gnocchi—especially if it’s floating in a sumptuous soup or drizzled with a flavorful pesto. Priano recommends serving their gnocchi with tomato sauce and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese. And while you may only be familiar with boiling your gnocchi, roasting it in the oven with vegetables adds a new depth of flavor and a crispy chewiness that will make you want to roast it from now on. This item is available starting February 21 for $1.99. Park Street Deli Herb Dips Whether you’re looking for something to dip your crudités into or something to switch up your sandwich, dips are where it’s at. And you can’t beat a creamy, herby dip, which is what you’ll get with both of these Park Street Deli dips. The Herbs de Provence dip has a Neufchâtel cheese base, blended with herbes de Provence. Not familiar with herbes de Provence? It’s a mixture of dried herbs and is essential in French and Mediterranean cooking. While the herbs in it can vary, it typically—and at a minimum—contains rosemary, fennel, tarragon, thyme and marjoram. It may also contain lavender flowers, mint, parsley, oregano, bay leaves, savory, basil and sage. The other Park Street Deli dip is Garlic Rosemary. Its base is Neufchâtel cheese and sour cream, blended with herbs, including garlic and rosemary. Both dips are available starting February 21 and cost $3.39 each. Specially Selected Gourmet Soups A steaming bowl of soup on a cold winter’s night? Yes, please! The soups Aldi has coming to their lineup offer added spicy warmth from curry and ginger. Both the Creamy Curry Bisque and the Thai Coconut Ginger Soup would be equally delicious with cooked chicken or shrimp added to them for extra protein. Serve with a slice of warm, crusty bread and a side salad for a filling winter meal. Both soups are available starting February 28 and cost $3.89 each. Crofton Bamboo Steamer Steaming your food is a healthy way to cook it without losing a lot of the vitamins and minerals in the water, as you can with boiling or poaching. Instead of sitting in the water, a steamer allows the food to sit above it. This simple Crofton Bamboo Steamer makes steaming easy—and it’s super affordable. Until you get this deal, you can still steam your food by using a colander or cooling rack inside a pot. All kinds of food can be steamed, from seafood and chicken to eggs and vegetables. Get to Aldi on February 7 to grab this steamer for just $6.99. Crofton 3-Piece Seal Tight Containers You know we’re all about meal prep around here, so when we saw these adorable Crofton seal-tight containers, we had to add them to our list. These earth-toned containers will go with just about any kitchen color scheme. They have a clean, modern feel and a clear stripe near the top so you can see what’s in them. They come as a set of three, so you’ll have one of each color. Grab these before they’re gone, starting on February 21 for $9.99 per set. Explore more: News Grocery & Food News Was this page helpful?
